TANZANIA LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION
To develop, inspire, and mobilize ethical and patriotic leaders by strengthening leadership capacity, promoting good governance and integrity, fostering innovation and lifelong learning, and advancing responsible stewardship for sustainable national development.
An empowered generation of patriotic transformational leaders driving sustainable change.
The Tanzania Leadership Foundation (TLF) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organization established on 7th October 2020 (Registration No. 00NGO/R/1373) under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act No. 24 of 2002 (as amended).
Founded by a dynamic generation of Tanzanian young leaders, TLF emerged from a shared conviction that transformational leadership is the cornerstone of national and global progress. The world today faces complex and fast-evolving challenges—ranging from governance crises, unemployment, and climate change to digital disruption—that demand leaders who are proactive, visionary, and purpose-driven.
TLF exists to bridge the leadership gap by nurturing a generation of transformational leaders capable of leading with integrity, creativity, and accountability to achieve sustainable social, economic, and environmental transformation.
